Almond Joy Overnight Oats
½ cup almond milk
⅓ cup of quick oats
2 tbsp of non fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp of chocolate chips
½ scoop of vanilla protein powder
½ tbsp of cashew butter (or any nut butter)
½ tsp of almond extract
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or other receptacle with a lid, stir until thoroughly mixed. Store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy! (I serve mine over vanilla greek yogurt for extra protein)
